Shipping & Returns

As of June 27, 2022, the following shipping rates apply.

Product Orders and Handpiece Repairs
All Canadian orders and handpiece repairs are subject to nominal return shipping charges. Each order or repair is packed in the most efficiently sized package possible, and we weigh and measure each package to determine a quote within each of our carrier’s shipping platforms. We will do our best to offer the most cost-effective shipping method available. We extend our discounted/contract rates as your cost with no mark-up or handling fee.

Warranty Repairs/Replacement
Where applicable, Bowen will arrange for and cover the cost of the pick-up and return shipping of any defective item or warranty handpiece repair performed at Bowen.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Returns
All damaged goods must be reported within one (1) week of receipt.
All returns require prior authorization and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Goods must be unused and in original/undamaged manufacturer’s packaging. Unless defective – bulbs of any kind, cannot be returned. Tubing that is cut from the roll, is not returnable.
Special orders – which are not in our regular inventory – cannot be returned.  Unless we error in providing a specific product/part number, the cost of shipping said goods back to Bowen is the customer’s expense. Collect shipping charges will be accepted, however the collect fee will be deducted from your credit memo. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept any returns without prior authorization or after 30 days of purchase, thank you.
